We are passionate about the hospitality and tourism industry and have been welcoming and caring for guests for more than 37 years. Michael is a successful business entrepreneur with extensive experience operating businesses and 5-star hosted accommodation, while Karen’s background spans marketing, sales and real estate across hotels, events, tourism and property industries both internationally and throughout Australia. Her experience includes corporate sales, tourism marketing, accommodation management, property sales and client relations, giving her a strong understanding of both the hospitality and real estate sectors.

Karen is a fully licensed real estate professional with extensive experience in beachfront apartments, holiday accommodation, permanent rentals, investment properties sales across the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. Known for her professionalism, attention to detail and strong communication skills, she works closely with owners, investors, buyers, tenants and guests to deliver exceptional service and trusted property management outcomes.

Together, we have owned and managed the Management Rights for Dorchester on the Beach for the past 12 years.
